Welcome!! I’m Omoyemiju Omotayo, a Community Manager based in Nigeria with experience building and supporting engaged, purpose-driven communities.
I’ve spent over a year in the community space, currently volunteering as a Community Associate with Strong Women Small Boxes, an entrepreneur platform helping small business owners gain clarity and direction, and The CM Guide, a growing platform building toward Africa’s #1 professional growth hub for community managers.
Before this, I built and managed a monetized YouTube community with over 4,000 subscribers and continue to grow an active presence on TikTok, giving me hands-on experience with audience engagement, content strategy, and community growth.
I’m open to community management opportunities across various fields and welcome collaborations or work opportunities.
Creating safe, active spaces through intentional conversations, clear guidelines, and responsive moderation.
Structuring, managing, and sustaining WhatsApp-based communities, including onboarding, daily engagement, and member support.
Using LinkedIn and Instagram to grow audience trust, encourage interaction, and support community goals through consistent, value-driven content.
Facilitating bootcamp cohorts, guiding discussions, supporting participants, and helping members stay engaged throughout structured learning programs.
Supporting small and growing communities by setting foundations, systems, and engagement practices that help them grow intentionally.
