Oplet is one of the best resources for MATHCOUNTS practice. Once you are subscribed to Oplet ( $$) , you can create various levels of questions and it will be available as PDF file.

Once you are in the Oplet database, choose options based on your need. First it is better to start with lowest level problems and also try to select different topics so that we can understand which areas you are strong and identify areas you need more help. Usually you can start at level 1 and go up as you get comfortable. Questions from OPLET can also be categorized into various topics ( algebra, geometry, number theory, counting and probability, pre algebra etc )
