VoiceBI Account Deletion Request

VoiceBI respects your privacy. If you would like to delete your VoiceBI account and all associated data, you can do so using either of the methods below.

Method 1 — In-app deletion (fastest)

Open the VoiceBI app → tap the menu → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete My Account. Follow the on-screen confirmation. Your account and all data will be deleted within 7 days.

Method 2 — Submit a deletion request

Fill out the form given in the form at bottom with the email address associated with your VoiceBI account. Our team will process your request within 7 days.

What data will be deleted

• Your account credentials (email, name, phone, organization)

• Your subscription history (local and backend records)

• Your configured database connection details

• Your dashboard cards, queries, and cached data

• Your HMAC secret and session tokens

What data may be retained

• Purchase transaction records required by Google Play / Apple App Store (retained by the store, not by VoiceBI)

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics with no personally identifiable information
