Welcome to OmniConvert: Unit & Tax ("we", "our", or "the App"), developed by Sumon Chowdhury under the development studio SumDev. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
2. Information We Collect
• Account Details: Name, Email Address, User ID (UID), and profile avatar when signing in via Email/Password or Google Sign-In.
• In-App Purchases: Transaction records of coin packages purchased via Google Play Billing, virtual coin balances, and unlock history. We NEVER collect or store raw credit card or banking details (handled securely by Google LLC).
• Local Preferences: Decimal precision, theme mode (Dark/Light/System), and unit selection stored locally on your device.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To authenticate and secure your individual account.
• To keep your coin balances and activity isolated from other users on shared devices.
• To fulfill digital in-app purchases and manage coin balances.
• To provide direct developer support and respond to user feedback.
4. In-App Purchase & Non-Refundable Policy
All Coin Packages purchased within OmniConvert: Unit & Tax are digital consumable goods. Coins are credited immediately to your User ID upon payment confirmation. In accordance with Google Play Digital Goods policies, once coins are delivered or consumed, purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Account & Data Deletion Policy (Google Play Mandatory)
You have the complete right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
[Option A: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)]
1. Open the OmniConvert: Unit & Tax app.
2. Go to the Profile screen.
3. Scroll down to the "Account Danger Zone" section.
4. Tap "Delete Account & All Data" and confirm your password. All data is deleted immediately.
[Option B: Web / Email Deletion Request (Outside the App)]
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your phone:
• Send an email to: mdsumonchowdhury08@gmail.com
• Subject: [Account Deletion Request] OmniConvert: Unit & Tax
• Provide your registered Email Address and/or User ID.
• Processing Time: All associated account data (UID, email, name, coin balance, and history) will be permanently purged within 24 to 48 hours.
What Data is Permanently Deleted:
• User authentication record and UID
• Profile name and email address
• Coin balances and transaction records
• Custom profile avatars and saved settings
6. Children's Privacy
OmniConvert: Unit & Tax is a general-utility calculation tool and is not directed to individuals under the age of 13.
