Account & Data Deletion Request
App Name: OmniConvert: Unit & Tax
OmniConvert: Unit & Tax gives all registered users full control over their personal data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time.
1. How to Delete Your Account In-App (Instant Deletion):
• Step 1: Open the OmniConvert: Unit & Tax app on your Android device.
• Step 2: Navigate to the Profile screen.
• Step 3: Scroll down to the "Account Danger Zone" section.
• Step 4: Tap "Delete Account & All Data" and confirm your password.
• Result: Your account, coins, UID, and profile data will be permanently wiped immediately.
2. How to Request Account Deletion via Email (Web/External Request):
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit an account deletion request by sending an email:
• Email to: mdsumonchowdhury08@gmail.com
• Subject: [Account Deletion Request] OmniConvert: Unit & Tax
• Information Required: Your registered email address and User ID (UID).
• Processing Time: Account deletion requests are verified and permanently executed within 24 to 48 hours.
3. What Data is Permanently Deleted:
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently wiped and cannot be recovered:
✓ User Authentication Credentials and User ID (UID)
✓ Registered Name and Email Address
✓ In-App Virtual Coin Balances
✓ Purchase and Unlock Transaction Records
✓ Custom Avatar and Display Preferences
4. Data Retention:
We do not retain any personal data after your account is deleted. All records are purged from local storage and authentication servers.
