Omilive has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE"), child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any conduct that harms, exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors.
Omilive is an 18+ social and chat service. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service.
This CSAE Policy applies to all users, accounts, messages, images, videos, voice and video interactions, profile content, report evidence, and other activity on or through Omilive.
This policy applies even if prohibited activity is attempted, implied, coded, fictionalized, role-played, redirected to another platform, or conducted through private messages or calls.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Uploading, sharing, requesting, distributing, selling, buying, promoting, or linking to CSAM.
Any sexual content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors.
Sexualized comments, roleplay, images, videos, messages, or requests involving minors.
Grooming, coercing, enticing, manipulating, or attempting to exploit a minor.
Sextortion, blackmail, threats, trafficking, or forced sexual conduct involving a minor.
Encouraging or instructing others to exploit, abuse, contact, or sexualize minors.
Attempts to move minors or suspected minors to another platform for sexual, exploitative, or unsafe purposes.
Asking users to provide proof of age through sexualized images or intimate content.
Any attempt by an underage person to access or continue using Omilive.
Any attempt to evade enforcement, detection, age restrictions, bans, or safety measures related to CSAE.
Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or underage use through the in-app reporting function.
If a user appears to be under 18, users may select:
"Underage User"
Users may also report urgent child-safety concerns by contacting:
litingcog@cognistacklabs.com
Reports should include relevant details such as the user profile, chat context, screenshots or evidence where available, approximate time, and why the activity appears to involve CSAE or underage use.
When we receive a report or detect suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or underage use, we may take one or more of the following actions:
Immediately remove, restrict, or disable access to content.
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
Restrict messaging, media sharing, calling, or other features.
Preserve relevant evidence and technical records.
Investigate related accounts, devices, payment activity, or network signals.
Prevent account re-registration or evasion where technically feasible.
Report suspected illegal conduct to law enforcement, regulators, or child-safety organizations where appropriate or required by law.
We may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, preserve evidence, comply with law, or prevent further harm.
Omilive cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement, regulators, courts, and child-protection authorities. We may disclose account information, content, report evidence, technical records, purchase information, and other relevant data when legally required or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect minors or prevent serious harm.
Where CSAE, CSAM, exploitation, threats, or serious safety issues are suspected, Omilive may preserve relevant content and account information even if an account is deleted, suspended, or terminated, to the extent permitted or required by law.
Omilive is not available to users under 18. If we determine or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may remove the account, restrict access, preserve relevant safety records, and take other measures necessary to protect the user and the community.
Users must not harass, threaten, retaliate against, or intimidate anyone who reports CSAE, suspected underage use, or other safety concerns. Retaliation may result in account restrictions or permanent termination.
