Dr. Chandan Maity

Dr. Chandan Maity is an Assistant Professor in Centre of Nanobiotechnology at the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore campus, India. He received his Master of Science degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and completed his Ph.D. at Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany. Following his doctoral studies, he carried out postdoctoral research at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and the Technical University of Munich, Germany. His academic and research interests lie primarily in supramolecular and organic chemistry, particularly exploring molecular self-assembly for the creation of adaptive functional systems.
