I am an assistant professor (non-tenure track) in economics at the University of Vienna. I am also a Research Affiliate of the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA).

Research interests: Labor Economics, Occupational Licensing, Gender Pay Gap, Gender Discrimination, Parental Leave, Social Norms, Wage Transparency, WFH (Work from home).
