Applying for AP Prep at OLQW?

IMPORTANT DATES:

Deadline for Application Form -- Wednesday, December 3, 2025

Offers Extended (via email) -- Monday, December 15, 2025

Deadline to Accept or Decline -- Sunday, January 4, 2026

1. Complete the AP Readiness Questionnaire with your child to inform your decision on whether the AP program is suitable for them.

2. Have the following available;

     > FINAL Grade 7 Report Card - must be scanned as a single PDF file

3. Complete the Application Form - see page below

4. A $50 non-refundable Application Fee is payable with your application. All payments can be made through School Day, including for non-YCDSB students.

**Students coming from a gifted program (PACE), are not required to pay the application fee**
