All AV resources of the GS LRC are available for loan to faculty but are limited for instruction & learning purposes only. Materials can be loaned out for a week only. The audio visual collection consists of the following:

Electronic Resources
The Audio Visual Room is equipped with a TV, VCD/DVD player, and enhanced sound system which can be used during film viewings and other activities. However, there are other equipment such as laptops, LCD projectors, lapels and amplifiers which are available for in-school use and upon request at the LRC.
The AVR is used for class discussions, film viewings, small group meetings and presentations. Sound system is installed to facilitate various uses.
Reservation Procedure:
Reservation must be done at least 3 days before actual use. A list of class schedule/s and AV equipment and materials to be used must be submitted.
Check with the librarian at the counter for the availability of the desired date of use.
The LRC Staff should be properly informed of any cancellation of the reservation made.
