The Learning Resource Center primarily serves the needs of the OLOPSC community. It has various sections with different subject contents. Its procedures and services may vary, so it is essential that users understand its rules and regulations to make their work in the LRC more efficient and fruitful.

As an essential component and support to the instructional program of the school, the LRC provides a reasonable amount of resource materials both print, non-print and online resources arranged in various subject contents following the standard classification and the tools necessary for access and retrieval of information. It acquaints the school community of its vital role in the attainment of the vision, mission, goals and objectives of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College.
