The OSPD 7th edition is the Official Scrabble Players Dictionary.  (I don't think this is available online.)

The Collins 2019 list.  A Wikipedia article.  Online dictionary.

The most commonly used word lists in tournament play are the OSPD and Collins.  The Honolulu Scrabble Club (HSC) uses Collins.  

Here is a video that explains the difference.

Note that a tournament might use different word lists at different levels.

WESPA uses the Collins 2019 list.

NASPA uses the Collins 2015 list according to the rules on its website.  This has probably been updated.
