Hi, I'm Olivia. 

I’m a strategic operator with a background in legal operations and business management, but what I really love is the partnership side of the job. Alongside leadership, I seek to understand businesses, assess the impact, and help executives make the most effective decisions. 

I look at UX and service design as practical business tools. They are methods I've found to map out messy, end-to-end workflows, spot what's costing time or money, and build clean, organized systems that work for people.

This portfolio is a look at how I use those design tools to audit systems and solve problems. Ultimately, it’s an asset I bring to chief of staff roles, using human-centered design to bring strategy and clarity to business.
