This is a fictional short story about a couple dealing with a traumatic experience and how it affects their relationship.
This is a fictional short story about one character's morning. It uses flashbacks to show their life on the farm until something unexpected happens.

Note: These stories have not been edited besides the workshops done in class. I intend to return to these stories eventually, as these are my favorites from the class.

From ENG 205: Introduction to Creative Writing
This is a fictional short story about a man picking up his daughter from daycare while reminiscing about his ex-girlfriend, the mother of his daughter, who he has a complicated relationship with.
This is a nonfiction story about my childhood and a complex relationship I had with my best friend. The names have been changed to protect the privacy of the individuals mentioned.
Note: Neither of these stories have been edited since I took this course. I intend on polishing them up one day, but I wanted to show my earliest works. Even though that terrifies me!
