January 27-28, 2023

Dr. Jennifer Donelson-Nowicka of the Catholic Institute of Sacred Music conducted a two-day Sacred Music Workshop workshop which culminated in a beautifully sung Saturday vigil Mass.  Participants enjoyed Dr. Donelson-Nowicka's inspiring talks on the topics of the Sacred Music of the Catholic Church, our role as cantors and musicians, the necessity of a strong prayer life in this ministry, in addition to learning and singing lots of beautiful music!    You can watch the sung Saturday Vigil Mass of the workshop here.

February , 2024

Dr. Jennifer Donelson-Nowicka returned for another beautiful workshop at Our Lady of the Gulf.  The participants again enjoyed participating in beautiful music, inspiring and educational talks, and fellowship with other cantors and musicians from across the Gulf South.   You can watch the sung Saturday Vigil Mass of the workshop here.

June 3-7, 2024

Mrs. Mary Ann Wilson of Canticle Programs from the San Diego area traveled to Our Lady of the Gulf to conduct a one-week Choir Camp to help students grow in their vocal music skills, in their understanding of Catholic Faith through our sacred music, and work as a team to do something beautiful for God! 

December 9, 2024 at 6 p.m. the Heart of Mary Schola sang a beautiful Holy Hour while our Priests heard  Confessions.
