Being involved in extracurricular activities is a great way to teach kids the importance of being able to communicate with teammates, coaches/advisors and with their parents. We will work very hard to make sure THE PLAYER understands the expectations, as well as their role within OUR team. Take the message home. Everyone needs to be speaking the “same language.”

When a group is “connected,” it means that there has been a sense of trust built between each member within the group. Our goal, as a staff is to work to develop trust while maintaining a high care level for the experiences we are engaged in and a high care level for those we come in contact with.
