I have loved taking pictures since I took my first photography class in school. I find inspiration all around me, from my hometown of Peoria, Arizona to wherever my travels take me. I have photographed many different subjects, scenes, and moments. There's a picture around every corner.

The Flash Lady Photography is based in Newington, CT. We have a studio location as well as conduct business on location when desired. The FUN begins! We'll work together to plan all of the little details for your special photoshoot including location, time of day, what to wear, newborn props, or cake smash themes. When the big day arrives, it's time to shine!

Together, we'll review your final gallery and decide which images you'd like to purchase. We'll take care of Wall Art sizing, Album design, Printing, & Digital delivery. Soon after, you'll be admiring your photos for years to come!

We had such a great experience with Kristin. She did a themed first birthday cake smash shoot for us. The custom set for our cake smash theme she came up with was amazing and I was so impressed with the amount of patience she has during the actual shoot when our daughter was being shy and less then cooperative. She also walked us through photo selection which was very helpful. I highly recommend her!

My husband found Kristin for a surprise family photo shoot for my birthday over the summer, and I'm so happy he picked her to document our family memories. The pictures we got from her are incredible, and we've gotten so many compliments about how beautiful and natural they look. Working with Kristin has been so easy, and you feel like she's known your family for years even after just meeting. Our family shoot was during a serious heat wave, but you would never have known it from the way the pictures came out. We've since been back for a cake smash shoot and pictures with Santa. We won't use another photographer for our twins after our amazing experience with Kristin!

We had our daughter's pictures taken as she is approaching her first birthday, I am so glad I have chosen Kristin. She is very professional and also keen on details. I was very skeptic in the beginning if my child would be crying the entire cake smash session and then if it would be waste of time but I was surprised to see that my daughter had such a great time during the shoot, there really is some charm in her picture taking skills..the final pics were so great..memories to cherish! I will be definitely be using her services for future and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for special occasion photoshoot.

When deciding what to do for my sons first birthday I was not sure which direction to go; a party or a cake smash photos. I knew the first birthday party is the traditional route but I wanted something better; something to have more of a memory and keepsakes. So I decided the cake smash would be so much better as I get to have much more of a smaller cherished moment. I am so grateful to have booked with Kristin at The Flash Lady Photography. She went above and beyond to help create the best photography session. She gave such great direction on helping me decide on a theme and everything else needed for the session even the outfit. She was so caring and considerate of my son and his inexperience with cake smashing. Kristen was amazingly patient with him even when he was getting cranky at times during the session as well. When ordering my prints and other items she helped tailor the package that best fit my needs. I am so glad I put my trust in her skills and am thrilled that this experience was such a great experience that I am looking forward to book her photography services in the future.

Rosalynn Carter, who as first lady worked tirelessly on behalf of mental health reform and professionalized the role of the president's spouse, died Sunday, November 19, at the age of 96, according to the Carter Center.

The service was a rare gathering of every living first lady and most presidents. President Joe Biden was accompanied by first lady Jill Biden. Country music stars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood performed.

Stan Honda, a photographer for Agence France-Presse, captured an image of Borders, completely covered in dust from the building collapse, that subsequently became widely described as "iconic".[citation needed] The image became so well known and so widely distributed that Borders became known as "The Dust Lady".

A resident of Bayonne, New Jersey, the 28 year-old Borders was working on the 81st floor inside of the North Tower at the time of the attack.[2] Borders said that she never recovered from the trauma of the attack. Depression led to a break-up with her partner, the loss of custody of her children, and an addiction to alcohol and drugs.
