Student Record

It is the policy of Our Lady of the Annunciation Learning Center of Catarman Samar Inc. to collect and maintain the record of pupils while they attend school. The records may contain:

Identifying data

Academic work completed

Level of achievement (grades, standardized test scores, etc.)

Attendance data

Health data (may be maintained separately)

Verified reports of serious or recurring behavior patterns (maintained separately)
