In 2015 I graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. The following 2 years I worked in an inpatient hospital and since that time I’ve been working at my own successful, private practice providing mental health therapy to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life stressors. When I’m not working, I’m spending quality time with my babies and soulmate. We have 2 beautiful children: a 2yo and 7mo.
What led me into life coaching? I’ve always been the hype-girl who wanted others to succeed around me. I offer the valuable resources and knowledge I have to others, freely. In 2024, I decided to open up an esthetics beauty bar in Tulsa and that’s when I realized two things: my full potential and, I hadn't officially written down my qualifications that informed people that I could do this. To open the beautify bar, I obtained all the licensing, the business filings, the accounting, the inventory, the hiring, the managing, the accounts payable and receivable, the marketing, and I found myself building this wonderful foundation and clientele for other women working there as estys. I hacked the system, I figured out what exactly it required to build real success from an idea.
Let’s rewind about 5 years. In 2020 I was fresh out of a divorce. I had paused my private practice. I was selling real estate and cars, attending sales seminars, and listening to Grant Cardone on repeat every single day. I'll be blunt, the divorce almost killed me. I felt unworthy to leave the house again. Feeling emotionally and financially bankrupt, I decided one day that no one would take the best of me because I knew there were people I hadn't met yet who needed me. Then I studied. I worked hard. I applied everything I was learning.
In just 1 year I was able to pay off all unsecured debt. The year after that I was able to set up an emergency fund. In under 3 years I was able to put together an investment portfolio. In the last 5 years, I've increased my credit score. I had met my current soulmate who’s the honey to my PB. And I am genuinely happy. From 2020 to present I studied books on financing, business, investing, stocks, happiness, love, marriage, emotional intelligence, relationships, and most importantly, The Bible. Don’t worry, I won’t bring that up unless you do. It’s okay if we don’t agree about religion–I’m not the one to force it onto others.
If all of this is sounding intriguing, or annoying–I get that. Just know, I’m trying to paint the picture for you of all the things you are capable of doing and, I wouldn't ask you to do anything I haven't tried myself! You too can dream big and with discipline and hard work, you can achieve your dreams too. Those very lessons I learned the hard way? They now play a central role in my work as a coach.
Because I find nothing more inspiring than guiding a woman as I witness her life cracking open.
That powerful moment when you wake up to the sight of your No Regrets Life is the reason why I am here.
Through 1:1 coaching and programs, I now support women like me who long to meet those high standards without being so hard on themselves.
Life Coaching is different from mental health therapy. Let me make this perfectly clear: Life coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health. You see, I had found myself wanting to be a cheerleader for my clients which is not what my mental health clients needed. Life Coaching is the time I can be that cheerleader.
