E commerce website development project with Trello

The platform will feature a user-friendly interface, secure payment gateways, a robust product catalog, and efficient order management capabilities.

As the project manager, i played a critical role in developing  and executing a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely completion.

Key contributions included Leading the team to deliver the e-commerce website on time and within budget, meeting all project objectives. Fostering a collaborative environment among design, development, and other teams, ensuring smooth project execution. Successfully implementing risk mitigation strategies, reducing project risks by 52%.Leading the QA team to deliver a product with 26 fewer defects.

Project challenges :

1. Insufficient funding to purchase required tools and technologies, Tight deadlines that may have impacted project scope or quality.
2. Changes in client expectations or business needs that led to additional features or functionality.
3. Difficulties integrating with third-party systems or APIs, Issues with website speed or responsiveness, Identification and resolution of security threats.
4. Miscommunication between  stakeholders, leading to delays or errors, Difficulty fostering collaboration and teamwork among team members with diverse skill sets.

Outcome:

Despite facing challenges such as resource constraints, scope creep, and technical difficulties, I successfully led the e-commerce website development project to a successful conclusion. The website was launched on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The project's success contributed to increased sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Additionally, I fostered a collaborative and productive work environment, developing and motivating my team to overcome challenges and deliver a high-quality product.
