※本論文の主定理(Theorem 1)は，2018年のV. Talamancaの論文のp.43の「As the referee pointed out,」から始まる1文で言及されている事実を用いれば, 本論文中の「Pell conic」の代数トーラスとしての2次元の線型表現を具体的に与える事でも証明が可能であると考えられます. これは本来ならば論文中で引用/言及すべきものですが, 気付いたのが論文出版後であったため, 現在, 補足を準備しております. 一方で本論文の特徴は, 具体的且つ素朴な事実であるTheorem 1を, より初等的な観察のみで示している点です. 

Remark. It seems that we can prove Theorem 1 in the paper by using the fact referred to on p.43 of Talamanca's paper and considering 2-dimensional linear representations of Pell conics. I should have mentioned it in the paper but could not do because I realized it after publishing the paper.  I am now preparing an addendum. The merit of the paper is proving Theorem 1 (a concrete formula for heights) in a much more elementary manner.
