· Major upgrade – a new extension model for native RTIs.
· Partial support for IEEE1516-2010 (i.e. HLA Evolved)
· Support for OpenRti 0.7.1 both for HLA1.3 and HLA1516e.
· Not compatible with 0.0.1.x versions.
· Namespace is changed: Racon, Racon.RtiLayer
