香川県の志度湾鴨庄産の牡蠣は、コクがあり濃厚な味わいで県の名産うどん・骨付き鳥に負けず劣らずのポテンシャルがある!! なのに、、うどんや骨付き鳥ほど有名ではない、、香川の牡蠣漁師さんは本当に試行錯誤し、他県の牡蠣に負けない最高のものを作っているのに、、悔しい、、だったら、、だったら俺がやってやるよ!!俺が香川の名物は「うどん、骨付き鳥、牡蠣」のラインナップにしてやるよ!!そんな思いを形にすべく一昨年、営業マンとして積み重ねた12年のキャリアを捨て脱サラ!家族の全面的な後押しのもと、昨年度は店舗型のカキ小屋を運営し、初年度で大成功を収めました。そして、今年度はその成功体験をベースに、より幅広いターゲットにカキを届けるため、業態変更を決心しました。12年間、サラリーマン時代にBtoB営業マンとして駆け回ったスキルとノウハウを活かし、一般顧客だけでなく飲食店向け卸売り販売も計画しております。

Oysters from Kamosho in Shido Bay, Kagawa Prefecture, have a rich, rich flavor and have the potential to be as good as the prefecture's famous udon noodles and chicken on the bone(Japanese say Honetsukidori)! And yet, they are not as famous as udon and chicken on the bone. Oyster fishermen in Kagawa are really trying and making the best oysters that are as good as those from other prefectures, but it's frustrating... Then, if that's the case, I'll do it myself! I'll make Kagawa's specialty a lineup of "udon, chicken on the bone, and oysters"! In order to give shape to this desire, he left his 12-year career as a salesman! With the full support of his family, last year he operated a storefront oyster hut, which was a great success in its first year. This year, based on that successful experience, we have decided to change our business format in order to deliver oysters to a wider range of customers, and we plan to sell oysters not only to general customers but also to restaurants around the world.
