Pre-Audition Meeting: Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM (OHS Little Theater)
Both the dancer and the parent/guardian should attend this meeting. Auditioning students and parents/guardians will be held responsible for the information shared at the meeting, which will include program philosophy, financial commitment, schedules, expectations, and audition format.
Audition Workshop: Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 3:30-5:30 PM (OHS Dance Studio, Room 1222)
Dancers must attend the audition workshops in order to learn the required audition sequences. They should be prepared with: movement attire (no midriffs showing), shoes for hip hop, and a water bottle. Most of the audition will be done barefoot, but the hip hop sequence will be best done in shoes.Â
Auditions: Thursday, May 7, 2025, 3:30-6:30 PM (OHS Dance Studio, Room 1222)
The audition itself will take place in small groups on Thursday afternoon. Dancers will have time to check-in and warm-up, and then will rotate in and out of the dance studio for their auditions slots. Dancers stay until the end of the audition.
Casting Notice
All auditioning dancers will receive an email by Sunday night with the results of their audition. The 2026-2027 Company list will be posted publicly on Monday, May 11. Orientation will take place on Wednesday, May 13.
