AUDITION FORMS
Each of the following forms must be completed and submitted by 12:00 AM on Thursday, May 7, 2026. In order for a dancer to be considered for placement on the company, his or her complete Audition Packet must be submitted prior to the audition. No audition packets will be accepted after the time of audition.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Dancers auditioning for ODC must have three teacher recommendations.Â
One dance teacher
One academic teacher
Any other mentor/leader
Dancers are responsible to ask their teachers for a recommendation and provide them with the following Google Form link. If a dancer does not have a current dance teacher to provide a recommendation, he or she can substitute that recommendation with a second academic teacher recommendation. Family members should not fill out these forms.
Please remind your evaluators that these forms must be submitted by 12:00 AM on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
