Our monthly meetings take place the first Wednesday of the month
at 7pm in the JHHS Music Room
Meeting dates for the 2025-2026 academic year are

How to find the meeting room
We have moved our meetings to the JHHS Music Room to be more accessible. Parking is available along Evergreen and Kenwood, or in the "Teacher Lot" on Kenwood. Enter the JHHS Building (2532 Evergreen Rd) through the Music Room side door or through the door off of the "Teacher Lot" parking lot. Note that the door off of the parking lot will be locked but will have someone available to let you in up until the meeting starts at 7pm. After that, you will need to enter through the Band Room door.

Who can attend the meetings?
Who can attend the meetings?
Per the bylaws of OHBBO, all parents, guardians, faculty, administrators, community members, business leaders, students, or alumni interested in supporting the objectives and purposes of the club are eligible to attend meetings, contribute ideas, provide volunteer assistance, and otherwise help the club achieve its purpose.
We welcome anyone interested in supporting the Ottawa Hills Schools band program to attend our meetings.
