About Us
Welcome! We live in Yakima, Washington. Our Family did not expect to get into Spanish Water Dog breeding, but we fell in love with our first Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Scout. We have an active family with two busy boys, we love trail running & most any outdoor activity. Two of us have some pet dander allergies and so we researched breeds that would fit our active family & allergy needs.
SWDs are loyal, hard working, loving, intelligent and they have an off switch which is helpful when you just want to relax. We love this breed and have enjoyed learning about them.

Free Breeder Training from Good Dog:
Avidog's: Your Litter A-to-Z is a course that is provided to breeders who are registered with Good Dog. Section 1 prepares breeders for Pre-Breeding with a focus on health. Section 2 is everything that you want to know about Pregnancy & Whelping to help with the best outcomes possible. Sections 3-4 is about Litter Management during the first and second months. I am thrilled to say that I have completed all the courses and received my certificate of completion.
