SKILL TRAINING PROGRAMS (NSQF/EQF)

Skill Training Programs (NSQF/EQF) are short-term, job-oriented courses aligned with the National and European Qualification Frameworks. These programs focus on practical skills, industry standards, and competency-based assessment, enabling learners to gain recognized certifications, improve employability, and progress through clearly defined skill levels across technical and vocational sectors.

Study Modes

Online | Regular | Hybrid

Learners can choose flexible study options, including Online learning, Regular classroom-based training, or a Hybrid mode that combines both online instruction and in-person practical sessions to suit different learning needs and schedules.

AUTOMOTIVE

Automotive refers to the industry and technology related to the design, development, manufacturing, operation, servicing, and maintenance of motor vehicles such as cars, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles. It covers mechanical systems, electrical and electronic components, diagnostics, safety, and emerging mobility technologies.

EV (Electric Vehicle)

EV (Electric Vehicle) refers to a vehicle powered fully or partially by electricity instead of conventional fuel. EVs use electric motors, battery systems, power electronics, and charging infrastructure, offering cleaner mobility, lower operating costs, and reduced environmental impact compared to petrol or diesel vehicles.

ROBOTICS

Robotics is the field of technology that involves the design, development, programming, and operation of robots. It combines mechanics, electronics, sensors, control systems, and software to create automated machines used in manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, logistics, and other industrial applications.

UNIVERSITY PROGRAM

University Programs are structured academic courses offered in collaboration with recognized universities. These programs combine theoretical knowledge with practical learning, follow approved curricula and academic regulations, and lead to formally recognized degrees or diplomas that support higher education, professional growth, and long-term career development.

3 Years Degree

3-Year Degree Programs are structured undergraduate courses designed to provide comprehensive academic knowledge along with practical and skill-based learning. These programs follow approved curricula, are delivered over six semesters, and lead to a recognized degree that supports employment opportunities, career advancement, and further higher education.

B.Voc – Automobile Technology

B.Voc in Automobile Technology is a three-year, skill-based undergraduate program that prepares students for employment in the automobile industry. The course combines classroom theory (30%) with hands-on practical training and industry exposure (70%), enabling learners to develop job-ready technical skills, professional competence, and career-oriented knowledge aligned with industry requirements.

Council Programs are industry-oriented skill and vocational courses offered under recognized sector councils. These programs follow approved standards, focus on practical training and competency-based assessment, and lead to council-issued certifications that support employability, professional recognition, and career progression in specific trades and sectors.

One-Year Programs

Professional Diploma

One-Year Diploma

The course combines applied theory with intensive practical training, preparing students for technician, supervisory, and industry-ready roles in the automotive sector.

Short-Term Programs are focused, job-oriented courses designed to develop specific skills in a short duration. These programs emphasize hands-on practical training and industry-relevant competencies, helping learners quickly enhance employability, upgrade existing skills, or meet immediate workforce requirements across technical and vocational fields.

Overall, we are a pioneering organization in Kerala’s skill development ecosystem. We were the first to conduct Electric Vehicle (EV) training in Kerala, including the first women-only EV training programme, implemented through Central Government initiatives, CSR projects, and Kerala Government–supported training programmes, successfully training over 1,000 candidates across the state.

We have proven experience in delivering Degree, Diploma, Short-Term, Skill, and RPL programmes across the automotive and allied sectors. The institution operates under the leadership and supervision of Dr.Rajeesh Suresh, a Government-certified Master Trainer with more than 25 years of professional experience, ensuring quality, compliance, and industry relevance in all training initiatives.
