Dates
Registration is open from April 10 to May 15, but we may close registration early if there are no more available spots. Make sure to register early!
Registration fees
The $50 registration fee allows us to provide all meals to our participants, as well as accommodation for our outside participants (see below).
Accommodation
For students outside Waterloo, we offer free accommodation at the McKenzie-King Village residences (see Accommodation). Make sure to express your need for accommodation on the registration form, and please indicate if you are traveling as a group.
Student talks
We encourage all students to present a short talk at our conference (see Student Talks for more details about the format). If you wish to give a talk, please submit a title and a short description as part of the registration form. Preference will be given to students who submit a title and short description before April 30, and an official abstract will be required before May 15.
Important note
As this is the first edition of the conference, we may have to restrict our attendance to 125 students. This ensures that the event remains manageable for our team of volunteers. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
