Application Process to Become a Club Member:

The application is in the form of a letter.  Write a letter to Ohio Federation of Mothers of Twins Club requesting membership.  Email the letter and the club's current by-laws to ofmotcVP@gmail.com.

Once the letter has been received & reviewed, a representive will be in contact with you.
