1. Both fic and art must be uploaded to AO3 in our 2024 collection. 

2. How you post–-together or separate—is up to the artist and the writer. However, since this is a collaborative event, we do suggest that you post the art inline with the text and list both artist and writer as authors. More information will be sent out after date claims.

3. An alternative, should the author and artist be more comfortable posting separately, link the fic and art using the “Inspired by X work” function.

4. As a default, betas must be credited, unless your beta reader does not want to be listed.

5. The AO3 Archive Warnings are mandatory. If you fail to use these tags appropriately, one of the mods will contact you and work with you to address this issue. Failure to make changes to your tags or no response to a mod’s initial message within 48-hours will result with your work being excluded from the collection. If the timeframe is an issue, let a mod know as soon as possible to discuss.

6. In general, use common sense—if you want to avoid spoilers, consider choosing the “Choose Not To Use Archive Warnings” option and writing a summary of the chapter/fic in the author’s note at the end. 

7. If you’re in doubt when tagging, the mods are more than happy to help.
