Offpathmtl offers programming to people who are committed to growth and skill development in the outdoors through urban and remote experiences in nature. This program is open to outdoor enthusiasts interested in pairing up with a newcomer in Quebec.
Our programming is offered to underrepresented folks in the outdoor industry, particularly immigrants/refugees, who are generally excluded from practicing and benefiting from outdoor activities.
We recognize and acknowledge the intersection of race and gender identities, and we hope that we can provide programming that is inclusive and accessible. We use the word enthusiast because we believe knowledge, skills, and experiences are human-centred not expert-based.
We serve minority groups such as newcomers/refugees, black, Indigenous and people of colour (BIPOC) and LGBTQ2+
This opportunity is offered to anyone residing in Montréal and surrounding areas.
