What is This?

This is a facts page about the Barbs! These can be fun facts, sad facts, exposing facts, etc. The purpose of this page is to give you more quick insight on the barbs than you would from reading one-shots or their "Meet ___________ Page".

1.  Megan and Kevin started dating on June 18, 2021.

2.  Cole, Megan, and Josh can skateboard.

3.  Cole is a straightforward and direct guy. He won't sugarcoat things when he is close with someone. 

4.  Jillian is really introverted and shy. However, she tries to push herself to be more talkative and open. If she's meeting new people around the friend group, she'll force herself to be the one starting the conversation. Although, she will be very awkward when attempting.

5.  Olivia and her sister, Krishy, are connected. If one is dying, the other will feel the same pain. Causing the other to slowly die as well. As a unicorn dies, they began to slowly liquify into goop. Once turned into goop, a unicorn cannot be healed or revived.

6.  Apple had always been jealous of Darling when she was younger. Apple and Darling would tend to develop crushes on the same boys. However, the boys would always fall or pay attention to Darling. In addition, both girls had dreams of getting into modelling. Darling was able to become a model, but Apple never got signed by an agency. Apple's jealousy towards Darling has lessen since then, however it still exists.

7.  Kevin has a hobby of learning languages. 

8.  Kevin's a thinker when it comes to emotional responses. If someone has an argument with Kevin, its best if he goes aside for a minute. He likes to take the time to process and reflect instead of emotionally going into a conversation. Similarly, he goes silent when he's upset. 

9.  Apple hates her name and likes to go by her middle name, Lauren. When meeting new people, she introduces herself as Lauren. In terms of the friend group, Apple does not expect them to change what they call her. She only asks them to call her "Lauren" when in public settings. 

10.  Megan asked Kevin to give her a heart-key stick and poke tattoo. Then she went and got the stick and poke professionally and permanently tattooed.

11.  Cole has an angel tattoo on his back that Megan drew and picked out for him.

12.  Megan has an online business called Queens! She sells clothes, hats, and clay-made earrings! The earrings she makes are homemade and painted herself. She uses Tik Tok and Instagram accounts to help promote her business.

13.  Megan has many impulsive thoughts and makes many impulsive decisions.

14.  Megan loves looking at Kevin's eyes. She thinks blue eyes are super pretty. However, he never takes the compliment and says that Megan's purple eyes are much prettier. Kevin thinks his eyes are boring, and Megan thinks her eyes are ugly. It's an ongoing debate for these two.

15.  Megan and Kevin are a hardcore pda couple. At this point, the friend group isn't even shocked when they are displaying their public affection. 

16.  Megan has a strange obsession of holding onto Kevin's arm. On the other hand, Kevin loves holding Megan's hand and rubbing/caressing little circles with his thumb. One thing Megan loves doing is randomly grabbing Kevins hands/arms and putting them around her waist.

17.  Aden has a phobia of starfishes. The phobia was caused by Josh from when they both were younger. The Freeman brothers were on the beach when Josh found a starfish. Josh thought it would be funny to throw the starfish at Aden. The starfish landed on Aden's face and he was petrified. Instead of helping, Josh laughed the entire time because he thought it was hilarious. 

18.  Since middle school and throughout high school, Kevin played on his school's soccer team. He was known as the best player on the boys' soccer team. However, his performance in soccer started to dwindle during senior year. His depression made him lose his motivation and passion for his sport. He continued to play on the team, but a decline was noticeable and lost him his scholarships. Fortunately, his passion for soccer came back after graduation. He was a part of the soccer club at UCF. 

19.  In senior year of high school, Kevin did track.

20.  In high school, Megan did cheer.  Megan was a flyer and was the cheer captain of her team. She also did volleyball during high school.

21.  In high school, Stacy did basketball, swimming, and track.

22.  In high school, Josh played football. He was the football captain and was offered numerous scholarships from collages junior and senior year. 

23.  Jillian has two siblings. A younger half-sister named Nina, and an older stepbrother named Max. Her mom, Karen, had Jillian. Karen then met Anthony, who already had Max. They got married. Nina is both her mom and Anthony's child. She refers to Anthony as her dad.

24.  Cole has a habit of biting his fingernails whenever he's bored, zoning out, or nervous. 

25.  Cole hates showing his forehead because of his acne. As a result, he always styles his hair so that it covers his forehead.

26.  Megan hates pancakes. It grosses her out whenever she smells them. 

27.  Kevin hates ketchup. He can't stand the texture/smell of it. Especially, when it does that liquidity thing when you don't shake the bottle. And that point, it's game over for him.

28.  Apple has an online store named Acelcius! She sells decorated phone cases, homemade soap, homemade bath bombs, and homemade candles. She doesn't get many orders though.

29.  Megan has adhd and constantly suffers with depression. She had a really bad childhood growing up.

30.  When they first started dating, Megan's contact name in Kevin's phone was "Mrs. Thompson 💕". Megan had Kevin's contact name as "Love bug".

31.  Megan was Apple's bi awakening.

32.  Kevin, Olivia, and Jillian graduated with magna cum laude. Darling graduated with cum laude and Stacy graduated with summa cum laude. Kevin also would've graduated with summa cum laude if his grades were not affected by his depression senior year. 

33.  Cole and Megan have known each other since 7th grade.

34.  Megan had a twin sister named Sarah. They used to be extremely close up until high school. After sophomore year, Megan cut her out of her life. Sarah passed away on September 10, 2023. She was 20, two months away from turning 21.

35.  In senior year, Josh was gifted a Rolex for his birthday by his rich friend, Britney. 

36.  Megan has a big celebrity crush on young Ralph Macchio. If fan edits pop up on her Tik Tok fyp, she won't hesitate to repost or watch them.

37.  Apple and Stacy are hard core Ariana Grande stans. 

38.  Aden's celebrity crush is Zendaya.

39.  Stacy's favorite feature is her dimples.

40.  Kevin started liking Megan soon after he met her. Then his feelings got progressively stronger throughout high school. Megan started liking him junior year. They were both (majorly) secretly crushing on each other during senior year. They finally started dating after graduation.

41.  Kevin and Stacy both used to work at Cantina Louie in high school. Kevin was a waiter and Stacy was a hostess. 

42.  Sophomore year, Kevin decided to gift Megan a long-distance touch bracelet. He was nervous about giving it to her because he thought she would think he was weird and wouldn't wear it. However, she thought it was cute. For a couple years, those bracelets were glued onto their wrists. 

43.  Megan rarely cries. Every time she does, it always makes her angry. She hates it when people see her cry because she sees it as a sign of weakness. She only feels comfortable crying around Kevin. 

44.  Kevin and Megan both have nice jawlines.

45.  Apple really wants to have a daughter when she's older. Also, she only wants one child.

46.  In the summer going into junior year, Megan and Cole had a friend with benefits relationship. However, Cole started seeing someone (Mason Campos) and got in a committed relationship. He ended things off with Megan and they continued to just be friends.

47.  Megan has had three different fwbs with her guy friends. She had one with Levi for a month, then Cole for three months, and then with Chosen for a month. Megan was also in a situationship with Josh for two months during junior year of high school. She ended things with Josh, however, because of her strong feelings for Kevin. Megan remains friends with everyone despite past history. 

48.  Megan has trypophobia and claustrophobia. Her claustrophobia was caused from trauma as a child. In the orphanage, they would be trapped in confined places as punishment. In addition, she has a fear of the dark. She cannot sleep without a night light. 

49.  Kevin has hemophobia. His symptoms are an increased heart rate, fainting, and sweating.

50.  Megan has a hard time swimming. She struggles with swimming in place. 

51.  Kevin likes to sleep on his stomach.

52.  Megan and Cole have matching tattoos that say, "Pinky Promise". Megan's is on her side, near her chest. And Cole's is down along the side of his left leg.

53.  Megan plays the electric guitar and Kevin plays acoustic.

54.  Megan's eyes glow purple when her evil consumes her. They are triggered by any intense uncontrolled emotions.

55.  Megan loves doing puzzles. 

56.  Kevin has a scar right below his elbow. He got it because everyone was playing a game where they were supposed to spin as fast as they could. He got so dizzy that he fell over and scraped himself on a nearby crate. However, it has significantly faded.

57.  When Megan and Kevin were in college, they had a little cork board above their desk in their dorm. They would always leave each other little notes. If Kevin went to the store when Megan was still asleep, he would write her a little something for whenever she woke up.

58.  Out of all the boys, Kevin has the best handwriting and Aden has the worst.

59.  Apple's a college drop out.

60.  Apple's first boyfriend, Grayson, cheated on her.

61.  Jillian broke up with Aden a month before their 5-year anniversary. They ended up getting back together a couple months later. Then, Jillian asked for a break in her relationship with Aden on February 27, 2024. The break lasted for a month before Aden broke up with Jillian on March 30, 2024.

62.  In their college dorm, Megan and Kevin had a green pool noodle on the backboard of their bed.

63.  Megan and Cole started vaping in 8th grade. Eventually, they both quit in sophomore year of high school. After graduation, however, Megan and Cole tried it again. Megan never vaped again after that day, but Cole continued. Cole never vapes in front of Megan to prevent her cravings. 

64.  Kevin has a scar on his shoulder because his ex, Jessica, purposely shoved him into a dresser. He fell against the corner of the dresser really hard.

65.  Megan once said, "You would look sooo fine with blue eyes" to Cole.

66.  Megan and Kevin have matching puzzle piece tattoos on their wrists.

67.  Ever since Sarah died, Megan started viewing her and Cole as a brother-sister relationship. 

68.  When Kevin and Cole were in college, the guys would have gaming nights. Kevin, Cole, and Josh would either go to Kevin or Cole's dorm to game together. When at Kevin and Megan's dorm, Megan was usually bored on her phone or on Kevin's lap playing with them.

69.  Darling got Josh into modeling. She helped him out by hooking him up with some of her connections.

70.  Megan loves taking pictures in photo booths. She has a box where she keeps all the pictures she has ever taken in them. Kevin also bought her a polaroid camera for her birthday once. She keeps her polaroid pictures in the box too. 

71.  Megan likes to buy clear phone cases for her phone. She likes to put her photo booth or polaroid pictures in her phone case. One of her favorite things is digging around in her box and picking which ones to put in her phone case next.

72.  Whenever Kevin kisses Megan, he likes to kiss her where all her tattoos are. He likes to call them his special kissing spots. Therefore, a new kissing spot gets unlocked every time she gets a new tattoo. Similarly, he also kisses Megan's self-harm scars.

73.  Megan is a chicken tenders girl.

74.  Apple forced everyone to make Roblox accounts. Whenever Apple makes them play, they all act like they hate it. But secretly, they all love playing games together. 

75.  Kevin gave Megan a promise ring on Christmas of 2023.

76.  Jillian, Aden, and Josh are left-handed. Megan is ambidextrous.

77.  Apple likes to buy most of her jewelry from Queens. She tries to support Megan as much as she can when shopping. 

78.  Megan, Cole, Kevin, and Apple have all been cheated on in past relationships.

79.  Cole is a fan of Melanie Martinez. His ranking of his favorite albums are Portals, The After School EP, Crybaby, and then K-12. His favorite songs from Portals are Milk of the Siren and Pluto.

80.  Apple is a fan of the Sturniolo Triplets. She loves watching their videos and is a Chris girl. 

81.  Cole loves Dr. Pepper

82.  Aden liked Jillian the moment he first saw her. He actively tried to pursue her after they initially met. Jillian only liked him as a friend at first. Once she realized her feelings, she tried to deny them.

83.  Every day, Kevin would pack and bring Megan lunch in a plastic bag. He started doing it junior year because he realized she always forgot to do it. He always had to carry her lunch around though, because she usually forgot to grab it each time the bell rang in each class. Kevin bringing Megan lunch is what made her start to see Kevin in a romantic light.

84.  Kevin's ex, Jessica, would openly cheat on him throughout their relationship. She would always flirt with/throw herself at other people in front of him. Behind closed doors, she had numerous one-night stands, sneaky links, etc.

85.  Stacy is naturally a brunette. She prefers being blonde, so she constantly dyes her hair.

86.  Kevin is the shortest male (5"9 ft) in the friend group and Jillian is the shortest female (5"0 ft). Meanwhile, Josh is the tallest male (6"2 ft) in the friend group and Olivia is the tallest female (6"0 ft).

87.  Whenever Megan is seeking attention from Kevin she likes to bother him. She will boop his nose, poke him, jab him in his side with her finger, bonk him on the head (softly), etc. His nickname for her when she does that is "Megan the Menace".

88.  Megan loves Cole's little brother, Antonio. She views him as her little best friend.

89.  Antonio has a huge crush on Megan and thinks she is his girlfriend. He also thinks she's his wife because he proposed to her one time with a paper ring, and she accepted to be nice. He wasn't very happy when he found out about Kevin.

90.  Megan's nickname for Antonio is "Little Man".

91.  In sophomore year of high school, Sarah cut a big piece of Kevin's hair off. When his mom noticed, she went ballistic and forced Kevin to get a buzz cut because his hair was now "ruined". However, in order to maintain her son's image, she forced him to wear a wig until his hair grew back.

92.  Hannah Thompson cares deeply about her and her family's image. She wants everyone to recognize the Thompsons as a smart, charming, upper-middle class family. She peaked in high school, and she let that societal-influenced way of living leak into her parenting style.

93.  Kevin used to have a bad habit of caring about what other people thought about him. It would really affect and bother him if he found out someone disliked him. He would always try his best to be on everyone's good side.

94.  Kevin has a problem of reserving his true thoughts. When it comes to voicing his opinions or thoughts, he makes sure to "review" it in his head before speaking. This habit mostly stems from his mom's pressure for him to be perfect when he was younger. This is his way of making sure what he says won't make people dislike him or judge him. 

95.  When Kevin and Jessica started dating, Hannah didn't approve. She hated Jessica because she was a ginger and wasn't pretty enough to her standards. Molly never liked her either because she felt a fake/negative vibe from her. They were both happy when they finally broke up.

96.  Kevin's parents divorced a couple months after his high school graduation. Kyle was disgusted by how Hannah reacted to finding out Kevin had gotten raped. In addition, Kyle had enough of Hannah's strict viewpoints for their children.

97.  Hannah hated Megan and Sarah. She had forbade Megan to step foot on their property and refused to call her by name. She had nicknamed her "the neighbor". She was revolted when she found out Kevin and Megan were smitten with each other.

98.  Both Kevin and his sister, Molly, have cut their mom out of their life. Molly hates her mother so much that when she refers to her, she calls her by her name. Kevin hasn't talked to his mom in years.

99.  Apple and her sister, Sophie, do not have a good relationship. They both hate each other.

100.  The Freeman's mom is a drug addict.

101.  In 7th grade, Kevin was a part of his middle school's STEM club.

102.  Most times, Aden likes to eat cereal dry.

123.  Megan and Kevin only had 47 guests at their wedding. They wanted a small wedding of close friends and family. The reason for this was because Megan hates being vulnerable, let alone in front of less close friends and family.

126.  Megan and Kevin got matching tattoos on their honeymoon. They say, "till death do us part" and are located on the back of their shoulder. 

127.  When Apple was young, her parents went on a trip. They never came back, leaving Apple and her sister, Sophie, to live alone. Apple and Sophie stayed with their other relatives until Sophie turned 18. Once Sophie turned of age, Sophie got a small house and took care of Apple. To this day, Apple doesn't know if her parents are simply missing or dead. In reality, they are alive and living in their kingdom. Sophie was always aware of this and has been in secret contact with her parents. They secretly send Sophie money to keep her financially stable. Apple has no idea of this secret contact. 

128.  Apple used to always live with her sister Sophie. In 2025, Sophie kicked her out of the house. Olivia let Apple live with her for months. On July 7th, Olivia kicked Apple out. Before Olivia officially kicked Apple out, Apple went begging to Sophie to let her move back in. Sophie kept refusing but eventually caved in. Instead of letting her back in the house, Sophie contacted her parents. She asked them if they could send her enough money for Apple to buy a small apartment. In order to get Apple to stop bothering Sophie, they agreed. In Apple's eyes, it was Sophie who gave her the money, not her parents. Now Apple lives paycheck to paycheck, where she struggles to maintain her apartment's necessity's. 

129.  Apple has asked ChatGPT to write fanfiction of her friends. Her favorite fanfic she has read from it has been a vampire romance story. Megan and Cole are vampires and Kevin and Josh are knights. In the story, Megan has feelings for all three men and it's a big love web.

130.  Benny proposed to Stacy with a pink engagement ring. 

131.  When ending her text messages to her friends, Megan likes to say "hugs no kisses 🤗"

132.  Megan could never afford a yearbook during high school. Once her and Kevin became friends, he would always have her look through his yearbook. Each year when the yearbooks would get passed out, he would wait to look at it. He would wait until he was with her so they could look at it together.
