The LSIM is divided into two main offices: The Admission and Accounting Office and The Academic and Guidance Office.
Admission and Accounting Office
The Admission and Accounting Office provides administrative and logistical support to all undertakings of the school which includes, but not limited to, efficient and effective financial planning, accurate record keeping, billing, personnel, physical distribution and logistics.
The AAO is composed of the President, the Cashier, School Nurse, Accounting Clerk and Records Officer.
The President is responsible for the successful management of the entire school.
The Cashier handles the financial transactions of the school.
The School Nurse attends and to children who are brought to the clinic and need medical attention. She/He coordinates with local government units in the implementation of programs related to health.
The Accounting Clerk performs accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors; record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system; input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
The Records Officer is responsible for the creation & storage of a company's recorded information; you are also in charge of retrieving and disposing of this data.
Human Resources Office
Human resources managers oversee recruitment of teachers and other school personnel, ensuring safe working environment, harmonious employee relations, compensation planning, labor law compliance and training.
The School Canteen is where the students take their snacks and lunch. Here, fresh food is always served. School supplies are also available to those who will need. All canteen staff works to maintain cleanliness in the whole area.
Facilities maintenance regularly checks school facilities to keep everything in order and in working condition.
Security ensures that all individuals coming into the school building are properly inspected and logged in. CCTV cameras are installed in different areas for monitoring and security purposes.
School Clinic is where sick children and those who need immediate medical attention are brought.
Academic and Guidance Office
The Director for Academic Affairs, together with the principals, plans the scheduling of classes and coordinating academic and non-academic activities. He/She attends to matters pertaining to student services and behavior; coordinating the internal and external co-curricular activities of the students; and organizes the student activity program in cooperation with the faculty and other school officials.
The Principals plan and coordinate the activities of their respective departments and the school as a whole to ensure that the objectives are achieved. She regularly conducts observations and assessment of both teachers and students alike. She also attends to matters concerning student behavior and ensures that school policy is enforced and followed.
The Assistant Principals support and assist the principal in the administrative operation of the school.
The Class Adviser takes care of the general welfare, conduct and behavior of the class, in and out of the classroom. She/He confers and work closely with the principal regarding the students’ progress and behavior in school.
