Q: How long does it take for you to write a musical?
A: A first draft can take up to a month possibly two depending on the length of the production. Draft two can take about one to two weeks depending on what needs to be changed.

Q: How do you get into the correct mind set to write?
Q: How do you get into the correct mind set to write?
A: I watch a movie, TV show or read something that gets me into the mood I need to write the particular story I am writing. Once I feel like I am ready to go I get my computer and I start typing away. For example, I watched "What" and "Inside" by Bo Burnham and The Rocky Horror Picture Show by Richard O'Brien so i could write.
