LEJ Creativity was created by Jayde Effield, late 2023. LEJ was created for a purpose; a brand created to become renowned for the work created in its name. 

LEJ covers a large realm, that being; music, performance, writing, etc. Beyond that we plan to reach out further into associated industries. LEJ Creativity works along side Roadkill Records, our sister company. LEJ and Records work side by side each other to help with each others endeavours

The creation of LEJ and its universe is accredited to the inspiration taken from many sources. Some of theses sources include The Rocky Horror Picture Show, David Bowie and his musical 'Lazarus'. Lastly A special mention has to got to Bo Burnham and his specials; Make Happy, Inside and Inside outtakes. 

The LEJ Universe lives within one fictional location, the mythical land of "Irrishnal". The name given to the universe is a play on words, when creating the name it was originally thought to call the place "Irrational" or "Irrelevant". As the words were typed over and over again a typo was made and "Irrishnal" became the name of the universe. While in some productions it is not explicitly stated where the location of the performance is, it is insinuated. Though there are some productions which are exempt from this universe. Lore is very important to the LEJ universe and our team monitors it with great interest, if there are any misconceptions or genuine queries we encourage you please get in contact with us as there are others that may have the same interest.
