CSR- Ranking Structure

'Semper Serva'

The CSR is comprised of a multitude of ranks that each serve a higher purpose for the order and prosperous functionality of the Coalition of Social Restitution.

Below are each of the ranks and their color schemes, along with a description of their position and how the rank is obtained.

*Note - The armors and player models are not specific to the rank, only the colors. The images displayed there are strictly for the purpose of presentation and visual description.
*Note - Any applicable armor detail color to any rank in the CSR will always be gold.

Infantry Ranks

Coalition Phalanx

The Phalanx is the primary infantry and lifeblood of the CSR and the first rank within the coalition. They are responsible for all forms of combat and interaction.
Requirements - Enter the CSR
Colors - Primary: Silver / Secondary: Red

Coalition Auxiliary

The Auxiliary operate as improved soldiers with further understanding of combat as well as the CSR and its function. They are usually entrusted to perform special functions specific to situational circumstance.
Requirements - Prove exceptional understanding and proper utilization of in-game skill set. Possess full understanding of game play expectations.
Colors - Primary: Tan / Secondary: Steel

Coalition Recon

Coalition Snipers are our marksman and sharpshooters. They are responsible for the handling of all ranged weapons and call outs during combat scenarios.
Requirements - Display superb skill with all medium to long-ranged weaponry.
Colors - Primary: Green / Secondary: Yellow

Coalition Field Ultra

Field Ultras are the officers of the infantry division. They maintain the discipline of their men and give orders when necessary. Their secondary function is serving as advisers to their superiors.
Requirements - Mastered the three previous occupational specialties and possess a strong capacity for effective combat communication (call outs).
Colors - Primary: White / Secondary: Red

Coalition Phylarch

There are at maximum two Phylarchs at one time. One is appointed senior and the other junior by the Congress. They are the absolute commanders of the infantry division, giving their orders to the Field Ultras who then relay their commands as necessary. Highly skilled warriors who direct the course of combat either from the base or the front lines. They answer to the Commander division and inform them of the status of the CSR infantry.
Requirements - Mastered all infantry occupational specialties, possess strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively in combat scenarios (call outs), and full understanding of game functionality.
Colors - Primary: Purple / Secondary: White

Commander Ranks

Ouragos

Ouragos are the base commanders of the CSR. They are exceptional warriors who in most cases operate alone while giving their units call outs and primary orders. Their primary responsibility lies in the acquisition of capture points and high-value assets in game types such as Capture The Flag, Assault, Invasion, VIP, etc.
Requirements - Display high levels of combat awareness and leadership ability.
Colors - Primary: Red / Secondary: Red

Centurion

The Centurion is the deadly initiator of individual and personal one-on-one combat. Their job is to inspire action and are responsible for crisis control. They are masters of team work and execution.
Requirements - Display the ability to inspire fellow warriors. Show extensive understanding of game function and combat mechanics across all Halo titles.
Colors - Primary: Steel / Secondary: Red

Tribune

A Tribune is responsible for overall security and protection of VIP's, assets, and points of interest during clan affairs such as meetings, tournaments, ceremonies, raids, etc. During combat they command the defense of home bases and defense points, directing other defensive units as they see fit.
Requirements - Possess good leadership skills and have a full understanding of objective game types, defensive strategy and security protocol.
Colors - Primary: Orange / Secondary: Orange

Helios Lieutenants

Helios Lieutenants are the highest military authority in the CSR. There are only two Helios Lieutenants at all times. They orchestrate the overall effectiveness of the entire military, giving primary and secondary orders to the infantry division and their subordinate commanders. They answer directly to the Congress Of The Phoenix, the apex of the CSR.
Requirements - Master all the prerequisite ranks. Possess incredible combat skills. Display superb leadership ability, exceptional strategic ability and the ability to inspire units in any circumstance.
Colors - Primary: White / Secondary: Gold

Honorary Ranks

The CSR bestows honorary ranks unto members who display versatile talent in specific areas. Below is a list of the honorary titles bestowed to those who excel at the specified skill associated with the title.

CSR Katana Blade Master - A rank exclusive to Spartan players who join the CSR, the Blade Master is a Spartan who displays mastery of the Energy Sword, the Gravity Hammer, and assassination techniques.
CSR Forge Master Architect - The Forge Master is a brilliant designer who can create immaculate, complex and entertaining maps on Forge relevant Halo titles. Whether maps for social enjoyment or competitive game play, the Master Architect can do it all.
CSR Ambassador - Ambassadors are the heads of our clans public relations. They excel at socialization on all levels, whether its promoting our group purpose, establishing contact with another organization, managing the effecting of an alliance, or solidifying a deceleration of war with an opposing party.
CSR Ascetic - A rank exclusive to Elite players, Ascetic Elites are the pinnacle of close-quarters-combat, brilliantly utilizing the Energy Sword, along with the Gravity Hammer, and assassination techniques. They are the master of the swordsman craft.
CSR Multi-Class Aviator Veteran - The Aviator Veteran is the absolute ace pilot. He who holds this title can operate any aircraft with legendary skill, capable of airborne combat, extraction, troop deployment, inter-stellar insertion, bombing runs, and low altitude aviation. They are the hero of the skys.
CSR 'Dead Eye' Sniper Veteran- The 'Dead Eye' is the top gun. They are the most accurate, proficient shooter in the entire Coalition. Masterfully eliminating enemies with ranged weaponry constantly ahead of the opposition. They are utilized for the elimination of 'High-Value Targets' and the gathering of Intel in extremely important circumstances. He who is known as 'Dead eye' is one with his gun.

Congress Of The Phoenix

Phoenix Councilors

The Phoenix Councilors are the Phoenix Congress members of the CSR. A Councilor is only appointed their position by the members of the CSR. It is important to note that Councilors can only be appointed by members of the coalition, along with the recommendation of the 'Phoenix'. Their responsibility is to ensure the coalitions health, stability and overall progress. They are wise and reserved in their decisions, only engaging in combat when utterly necessary. When clan meetings are held to discuss the future of the CSR, they consider all subjects of the discussion and ponder deeply on all matters brought to their attention before expressing their thoughts. They are the vanguard of order and union, protectors of our constitution and harbingers of our ultimate goal of social and individual liberty.
Requirements - A Phoenix Councilor is selected by the entire CSR for their personal morals and character ethics. One is not promoted to Councilor, they are chosen.
Colors - Primary: White / Secondary: White

The Phoenix

Leader of the CSR. Article II of the CSR constitution grants the Phoenix executive authority over the entirety of the coalition. The power allows he who holds the title of 'Phoenix' to order the execution and enforcement of law, along with the responsibility of appointing coalition executives, diplomats, Helios Lieutenants and Coalition Field Ultras. The Phoenix is responsible for concluding treaties and declarations of war with other clans with the advice and two-thirds consent of all active coalition members. The Phoenix takes an active role in promoting the priorities of the CSR, ensuring that the duties of the coalition are faithfully executed. To be Phoenix is to hold the responsibility of guiding the CSR towards healthy growth and activity. He must safeguard the purity of its ranks and its beliefs and must always stay true to a moral code of ethics that protect all innocence and eliminate all opposition to social harmony.
Requirements - The requirements to be Phoenix are personally endowed by the coalition itself.
Colors - Primary: Gold / Secondary: Gold
