Snow removal service may include the following areas based on your selected service:

• Single Driveway

Includes driveway, sidewalks, porch, or small cleared areas.

• Double Driveway

Includes driveway, sidewalks, porch, or small cleared areas.

Coverage may vary based on driveway size.

• End of Drive Package

Includes the portion of the driveway between the sidewalk and street.

• Pet Area Package

Includes a cleared pathway in the yard for pet access.

Requested area must be accessible for service.

Service areas are confirmed during the quote process.

Snow removal service is triggered based on the snow depth selected in the quote form.

1. Service begins once snowfall reaches your selected depth (1", 2", or 6").

2. You may also choose whether service is performed:

   • As soon as the snow depth threshold is reached, or

   • After snowfall becomes light or stops.

Snow removal is typically completed within 24 hours after snowfall ends.

Timing may vary during heavy or extended snowfall events.

If your property is cleared before we arrive and service is not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance, the scheduled service will be billed.

• Customers must purchase the initial ice mitigation bucket to begin service. Initial bucket purchase is arranged by contacting J&C.

• Each ice mitigation bucket refill is charged a flat service fee, regardless of the amount of product remaining in the bucket.

• Once an order is placed, your bucket will be added to the service route.

• Please have your bucket outside or easily accessible for refilling.

Bucket Return Policy

• All ice mitigation buckets must be returned at the end of the season.

• Buckets will be picked up by J&C at the end of the season.

• If any bucket is lost, stolen, or not returned, a $50 replacement fee per bucket will be applied to the account.

• Replacement fees will be applied on April 1st.

Snow blowers, shovels, and plows are used for snow removal. J&C assumes no responsibility for normal wear and tear to concrete or paved surfaces.
