Which quote form should I use?
Please select the quote form that best matches the service you need (Snow Removal, Lawn Care, Haul & Removal, etc.).
If you select J&C Generic Quote and a specific division form is required, you may be asked to complete that form to finish your request.
What information is required for a quote?
An address is required for snow removal and lawn care quotes.
Additional service details may be requested in the form.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Ask about current promotions when requesting a quote.
Referral discounts are applied after the referred customer completes and pays for their service.
How do I get added to your service list?
To be added to our schedule for any service, including seasonal services like snow removal or lawn care, you must accept the estimate.
Once accepted, you are added to our schedule unless cancelled.
Do you offer one-time service?
Yes. One-time service is available based on workload and availability.
When will I receive an invoice?
Invoices are sent after service is completed.
During busy periods, invoicing may take up to 24–48 hours.
When is payment due?
Payment timing depends on the type of service.

Payment is expected before the next scheduled service.

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Unpaid balances may result in paused or delayed service.
Can I cancel a scheduled service?
Yes. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before service.
What happens if I cancel within 12 hours?
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled service will result in an invoice for the accepted service price.
What if I cancel multiple times?
If service is cancelled more than two times, you may be removed from the regular service list.
Future service requests may still be accepted based on availability.
How is snow accumulation measured?
Snow service is triggered based on local weather reports, not measurements at individual properties.
When does snow removal service start?
Snow removal service begins based on the snow depth selected in the quote form and local weather reports. Timing may vary during heavy or extended snowfall events.
What is your normal snow clear time?
Our normal snow clear time is within 24 hours after snowfall ends.

What if my driveway is already cleared?
If your property is cleared before we arrive and you did not cancel at least 12 hours in advance, the scheduled service will be billed.

Base lawn care includes mowing, basic trimming, and blowing/clean-up.

How often will my lawn be serviced?
Lawn care operates on a flexible schedule, typically every 7–10 days.
Service timing may adjust based on recent rainfall and growing conditions to keep your lawn looking its best.

Pricing is based on item type, load size, and labor required.
