To make our lives easier, I've typed out the questions we'll be using to build up the form. You can type them or copy and paste them to save time while walking through how to build up your form.
If you choose to come back after the conference and continue working or start again for the practice you won't need to reinvent the wheel.
Remember, we all learn at a different pace and since I'm not there with you in person this year, I want you to make sure you walk away with a strong understanding of how to build up your forms to suit your needs.
