Rules for Application

The Orquestra Filarmônica estado de SP announces the summer edition of the International Music Competition - OFESP which will take place in Sao Paulo by an experienced jury.

Musicians of all nationalities, without age limit will be admitted to the competition.

All phases will be eliminatory.

all performance will be recorded and all participantes will receive your video by a link.

Air tickets and accommodation will be responsibility of the competitors.

The Orchestra will recommend some great hotels around the competition place with good fees.

Deadline for application – October 15th 2023

The application will be by email

At the end of the Jury's judgement, the results of each instrument will be made public after

all faces of the competition at the place where it will be performed.

All participants will receive their digital participation diploma by email.

It will be necessary to has a minimum of the application. If the ofesp doesn't get this

minimum until the deadline, the competition will be canceled and the amount received will be

refunded for all participants that have already made the payment less banking services fees.

Prizes / Awards

1st winner 800 usd + a concert with the ofesp in the gala ceremony + diploma as 1st place

2nd winner 250 usd + diploma as 2nd place

3rd winner diploma as a 3rd place

Winners will be invited to perform in the Gala Ceremony. The ceremony place will be

informed as soon as possible.

Any movement can be selected to performance at the competition by the jury. You have to

prepare all the pieces and moviments.

In absence of the participation fee, the registration will not be valid and participation will not

be guaranteed..

Any questions sent after the deadline may exceptionally be accepted at the discretion of the

Artistic Director.

Each candidate, by signing the entry form, will renounce all rights, fees and claims regarding

such recordings, films and broadcasts.

Registration for the Competition implies acceptance of these rules, Competition

Administration reserve the right to amend any of the rules or regulations contained herein if it

is considered necessary to give proper efficacy to the running of the Competition.

The organizers hold the right for themselves to change the rules if it will be necessary.

These rules are obligatory without any condition.

Competition fees

$ 950,00 usd for any nationalities.

YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION NO LATER THAN  November 23st, sending us your room reservation.

This fees will be charged after you complete your application and confirm your participation by email 

All participants have to check all immigrantion information necessary before the application.

Ps. Each winner will perform one moviment of a concert that will be agreed between solist

and competition artistic director.
