There are six Kingdoms in ancient Wales. Each is represented by a team of three: the King, the Prince, and the Druid.
The King is in overall charge, remains at the Kingdom table, and defends against any attacks.
The Prince will take charge of the army and go abroad to trade and raid, including against other kingdoms.
The Druid is the only Kingdom player who can approach the Gods, and the only player who can heal wounds - which will make them popular with Heroes.
You are trying to become the most prestigious Kingdom in Wales. You do this by winning battles, by building up your Kingdom, and by gaining the favour of a God.
On each turn (there are approximately 10 turns) you need to decide how to allocate your resources, decide what God to petition (and what to petition for), and decide what to do with your army. Do you build up the army, or build a temple? Build another boat, or upgrade your port? Ask a Hero for help? Trade with the Kingdom next door, or invade them? Get it wrong and your Citadel may be destroyed. Get it right and your Kingdom will become truly legendary!
