Room Block Information

PLEASE NOTE: ROOM BLOCKS ARE NOT OPEN FOR RESERVATIONS UNTIL JANUARY 2027

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris for conference attendees and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because the room block is limited, early conference registration is strongly encouraged. Once all rooms have been reserved, the Hilton room block will close.

To help ensure guest rooms remain available for registered attendees, hotel reservation information will be provided after your OECN United registration has been confirmed through your ITC director.

To accommodate all attendees, we have secured an additional room block at the nearby Drury Inn & Suites, located less than one mile from the Hilton. Once the Hilton room block is full, attendees may reserve accommodations through the Drury room block or another hotel in the Columbus-Polaris area.
