• Sponsor, exhibitor, non-ITC presenter, business partner, or invited guest: You will receive registration instructions via email upon confirmation of our partnership. If you do not have this information, please reach out to Madison Ernst at madison.ernst@managementcouncil.org.

You may register after registration opens in January 2027 — up until the day of the event.

• Welcome reception with light snacks on March 31, 2027

• Breakfast, lunch, and breaks for both days, April 1–2, 2027

• Casino night event April 1, 2027

• Open-door sessions / roundtable discussions for both days, April 1–2, 2027

No, one-day registration is not available; attendees must register for the full event. Presenters who are attending only for their presentation are not required to pay for registration, but meals and social events are not included. Single-meal tickets are not available.

All sessions are open door and seating is available on a first-come basis. Your registration provides you access to all the concurrent breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and social and networking receptions that make up the conference. You will receive log-in information to utilize Whova, our conference app, to help plan your OECN United experience.

Dinner is not included on either evening of the event. On Thursday, attendees will have plenty of time to enjoy dinner before the casino night event. The hotel features an onsite restaurant, and a variety of dining options are conveniently located nearby.

• The Wednesday-evening welcome reception provides a relaxed opportunity for meeting attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to connect and socialize before the sessions kick off on Thursday. No RSVP is necessary — check into your room, unpack, and come on down!

• Casino night is a three-hour, after-dinner event on Thursday evening featuring casino-style games, music, and a dessert reception. Attendance requires an RSVP. Once your event registration is confirmed, you'll receive an invitation with details on how to reserve your spot and try your luck! This event is open to registered conference attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors.

• Conference registrations canceled on or before March 22, 2027, are refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.

• Attendees canceling after March 22, 2027, will not receive a refund; however, registrations may be transferred to another individual.

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person by notifying Kellie Gainey at kellie.gainey@managementcouncil.org by March 22, 2027.

Think smart casual. Smart casual attire is neat, conventional, but relatively informal in style. Not quite business casual, but not hoody-and-pajama-pants casual. Be comfortable and don’t overthink it.

Conference guests can self-park for free; valet parking is not available.

All conference information can be found in Whova, our online event platform that uses both a website and a mobile app. After you have been registered, you will be given instructions on how to log in. When you download the app, up-to-date information will be at your fingertips.
