Bargaining Update

The OEA Bargaining Team has continued showing up to the bargaining table, working to settle a 2025-2027 contract. All proposals submitted by OEA and OUSD can be found on the Bargaining Proposals Page. While we have started to receive counters from OUSD, the majority of proposals that OEA submitted last school year still have not received a counter from OUSD. 9.18.2025
