'Biswa Odisha' is an international organization of worldwide Odia nationality awareness campaign.
This organization is on a challenge
2021 year is being celebrated as World Odia Goodwill Year (Year of Global Goodwill).
World Odisha's goodwill as national ambassador in 21 countries
Every Odia representative is present.
A long-term Nilanaksa is being prepared for the overall development of Odisha through this organization.
As a part of this, World Odisha Women Empowerment and Financial Self-sufficiency Project has been planned to empower the women of Odisha economically, culturally and socially.
Through this, women will be provided personal or self-help group with their skills, interests, foundations and business potential in business, self-reliant entrepreneurship, cottage art, agriculture etc. training, technology and management knowledge and financial support and livelihood tools etc.
Beneficiaries will be selected on the basis of the list prepared by District Jeevika Mission, Rural Development Institute, Industrial Training Center, District Lead Bank.
In the second phase, social survey will be done and the skills and eligibility of this beneficiary will be observed.
The final beneficiary list will be prepared after the recommendation of the high level committee selected by Biswa Odisha in the third phase.
Every beneficiary will be accepted one by one and adopted through World Odisha members and workers and will be given two types (refundable or unnecessary) financial assistance.
Requesting all the members, workers, advisors, well wishers of world Odisha to adopt at least one woman and be a direct partner in the development of Odisha.
This effort of your personal life can help in the overall development of Odisha.
Our humble request for the participation of all Odia brothers and sisters living in Germany in this project.

'ବିଶ୍ବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା' ବିଶ୍ଵବ୍ୟାପୀ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଜାତୀୟତା ଜାଗରଣ ଅଭିଯାନ ଏକ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ।
ଏହି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଆହ୍ବାନ କ୍ରମେ
୨୦୨୧ ବର୍ଷକୁ ବିଶ୍ବ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସଦ୍ଭାବନା ବର୍ଷ (Year of Global Goodwill) ଭାବରେ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଉଛି ।
୨୧ଟି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ବିଶ୍ବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସଦ୍ଭାବନା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଦୂତ ଭାବରେ
ଜଣେ ଜଣେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଅବସ୍ଥାପିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି ।
ଏହି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ବିକାଶ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ ନୀଳନକ୍ସା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଉଛି ।
ଏହାର ଅଂଶ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ମହିଳା ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ, ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ, ସାମାଜିକ ଭାବରେ ସଶକ୍ତକରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଶ୍ବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମହିଳା ସଶକ୍ତୀକରଣ ଓ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସ୍ୱାବଲମ୍ବନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ପରିକଳ୍ପନା କରାଯାଇଛି ।
ଏହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମହିଳା ମାନଙ୍କୁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଅବା ସ୍ୱୟଂ ସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗତ ଭାବରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷତା, ଆଗ୍ରହ, ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ତଥା ବାଣିଜ୍ୟିକ ସମ୍ଭାବନାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ, ସ୍ୱାବଲମ୍ବୀ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ, କୁଟୀରଶିଳ୍ପ, କୃଷି ଆଦି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ତାଲିମ, ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ଓ ପରିଚାଳନା ଜ୍ଞାନ ଏବଂ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ବା ଜୀବିକା ସାଧନ ଆଦି ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ ।
ପ୍ରାଥମିକସ୍ତରରେ ଜିଲା ଜୀବିକା ମିଶନ, ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ସଂସ୍ଥା, ଶିଳ୍ପ ତାଲିମ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ଜିଲା ଲିଡ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ତାଲିକା ଆଧାରରେ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ଚୟନ କରାଯିବ ।
ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ସାମାଜିକ ସର୍ବେକ୍ଷଣ କରାଯାଇ ଏହି ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷତା ଓ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରାଯିବ ।
ତୃତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ବିଶ୍ବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦ୍ୱାରା ମନୋନିତ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ କମିଟି ସୁପାରିଶ ପରେ ଚୂଡାନ୍ତ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେବ ।
ପ୍ରତି ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଜଣେ ଜଣେ ଏକକ ଭାବରେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇ ବିଶ୍ବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସଦସ୍ୟ ଓ କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କ ଜରିଆରେ ପୋଷ୍ୟ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୁଇ ପ୍ରକାର (ଫେରସ୍ତ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବା ଫେରସ୍ତ ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ ) ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ।
ବିଶ୍ବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ର ସମସ୍ତ ସଦସ୍ୟ, କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା, ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା, ଶୁଭେଛୁ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିବେଦନ କରୁଅଛୁ ଯେ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ଜଣେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ପୋଷ୍ୟ ଭାବରେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିକାଶରେ ଜଣେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ସହଭାଗୀ ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ ।
ଆପଣଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଜୀବନର ଏହି ଉଦ୍ୟମ କ୍ରମେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସମଷ୍ଟିଗତ ବିକାଶରେ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇପାରିବ ।
ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ଜର୍ମାନୀରେ ଅବସ୍ଥାନ କରୁଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଇ ଭଉଣୀଙ୍କ ସହଭାଗିତା ପାଇଁ ଆମର ବିନମ୍ର ଅନୁରୋଧ ।
