Why?

Aluminium is corrosion resistant and can withstand pressures between 14,000 - 42,000 psi (depending on alloy)  Deepest recorded ocean pressure was 15,750 psi. Additionally, lightweight and a finite resource (Recycling it reduces the need for mining/ less environmental impact in manufacturing and processing of product)

AIP fuel cells + Rim driven thruster hybrid - Allows quiet ; longer operation (reduces noise pollution). Additionally, no harmful emissions fuel cells produce water as a waste product. Lightweight exterior ensures energy efficiency in propulsion systems.
