What to bring

As we've got a tight budget, we're concentrating on bulk orders of grains & pulses, and we'll be sourcing end-of-day bread, fruit and vegetables.

Everything else, even teabags, has to be brought in by rebels & supporters.

Obviously we know that we can’t just spend our way out of the mess that rampant consumerism created, but here’s a bit of useful shopping you can do. Track down an independent retailer (they’re on the endangered species list) and buy a rebel food parcel.

It's plain porridge for breakfast. If you want to liven it up, bring in treats like jam & nut butters. (Don't forget porridge is nutritious and filling at any time of day!)

All teas, coffee, cocoa, sweeteners, plant-milks have to be donated.

All kinds of condiments will be welcome at the kitchen sites, and snacks like nuts, dried fruit, bombay mix etc.
