Conscious consumption

Although we're on a tight budget we're thinking about provenance. (Same reason that Greta didn't fly to that climate summit. )

No disposables. (Not even compostables)

The only acceptable kind of compostable plate

Plant-based food

We're serving simple plant-based food, for a number of reasons, not least inclusivity.

If other foodstuffs are donated there will be a table for them away from the main kitchen areas.

Feeding rebels, not tourists

There are plenty of affordable places to eat in London. Our purpose is to prioritise the rebels who need us.
