Pimhill Farm is family run, and was one of the first farms in the UK to be converted to organic in 1949.
Pimhill Farm is a mixed organic farm.
We have a dairy herd of 300 cows and we also grow wheat and oats which we sell through our mill. The mill is situated on the farm.

Tickles’ pickles are made from fine, fresh vegetables, a little sea salt and nothing else. Our magic ingredient is lactic acid bacteria. These friendly bacteria are naturally present on vegetables, we encourage their growth by creating an acidic, oxygen-free environment. This process of natural fermentation gives our pickles their distinctive zing.
The Riverford box scheme began when Guy Watson started delivering vegetables locally to 30 friends in Devon. We now deliver around 47,000 boxes a week to homes around the UK from our regional farms.
Over the years, as the wholefood market has grown so too has the wholesale division of Infinity Foods. What started as a small outlet at the rear of the shop is today one of the UK's leading national and international distributors of high quality, organic, fairtrade and natural products.
VEGBOX is a community-led organic vegetable box scheme with a weekly selection of fresh seasonal produce, sourced as locally as possible. Vegbox was founded in 2012 by members of Transition Kentish Town, with support from Growing Communities in Hackney.

Alex Smith started Alara in 1975 with just £2. He is the pioneer of natural and organic food in the UK and has been actively involved in many organisations and projects promoting sustainability.
With 30 years of experience we’re one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of dairy, lactose and gluten free vegan cheese products. Our Sheese range is award winning, and we’re proud to say that all of our products are certified Vegan, and most are Kosher.
Our production process is also completely animal free in our dedicated Free From Factory on the Isle of Bute in Scotland, with everything done to the highest ethical standards.
